Mantra is quite easy to deploy and customers typically get up and running in less than one day. That said, Tizor provides a broad range of customer services and support offerings to ensure that your enterprise database monitoring and protection solution is fully configured and executing properly.
Support Services
Technical support is available around the clock and is provided by Tizor support staff personnel. Access to the support engineers is available via telephone or email. We pride ourselves on having an extremely responsive technical support organization. Maintenance releases are included with your support agreement.
Education Services
Tizor provides a flexible approach to education that can be customized to your requirements. These services can be delivered where and how you need them –either in person or via the web. Our instructors will cover the full range of training services, and develop a customized course for you and your staff that covers best practices and technology. These courses can include architecture strategy, policy design guidelines, custom reporting and alerting, system administration,, deployment and much more.
Consulting Services
